The lab, with superb help from Julie, Cibele & Liz from the Baker Lab, braved a wicked cold front the weekend before last to track down Tadarida brasiliensis at Clarity Tunnel. More details on that trip here!
This should be a great meeting, focusing on the response of bats to human activities in this age of the Anthropocene. Tigga will be giving a plenary on approaches that integrate research with public outreach and education, and there are great sessions on bats in disturbed habitats, bats and urbanization, bats and EIDs, bats and wind energy, and ecosystem services of bats
